APK Marketplace

The Friends of the Alaska State Library, Archives & Museum (FoSLAM) invite Alaskan authors and artists to participate every year in the  APK Marketplace. Applications are usually due at the end of October and vendors are typically  notified by November 6th. Plans for the 2020 APK Marketplace, like many of our plans, are a bit up in the air because of the COVID 19 restrictions, however we are still hopeful that the event will take place Thanksgiving weekend, November 27, 28 & 29, 2020. Please check back here soon for updated APK Marketplace information.

Here is our usual schedule:

  • Building open to shoppers from noon–5 Friday, November 27th and 10–5 on Saturday the 28th.
  • Spaces for vendors based on square footage. Each 8’ x 8’ space is $150.
  • All spaces will be on the first floor in the Atrium and Lecture Hall.
  • Rental fees support LAM programming.
  • No entry fee for shoppers.
  • WiFi available.
  • Vendors should use their own battery-operated display lighting. Limited electrical available.
  • Chairs and tables provided. Tables are 72” x 30” and 60” x 30”.
